1. Introduction and Theory (45 minutes)
Overview of Recovery Techniques: Importance of recovery in fitness.
Stretching, Foam Rolling, and Fascia Training: The three primary techniques and how they contribute to muscle recovery, flexibility, and injury prevention.
Client Needs and Considerations: How to assess clients and select the right techniques based on individual needs (injury recovery, flexibility, etc.).

2. Stretching (90 minutes)
Theory and Types of Stretching (20 minutes)

3. Foam Rolling & Auto-massage (90 minutes)
Theory Behind Foam Rolling (20 minutes)
Explanation of Myofascial Release (MFR).

Upper Body Foam Rolling: Targeting the upper back, shoulders, and arms.
Lower Body Foam Rolling: Rolling techniques for the quads, hamstrings, calves, and IT band.

Participants practice foam rolling techniques on each other.
