Whether you’re already utilizing equipment like TRX or RIP60 Suspension Training straps, or you’re looking for a new way to diversify your offerings, the PFS Suspension Trainer certification will take your training programs to the next level.

Why Suspension Training?

Suspension training is a true game-changer for functional fitness, offering benefits that extend far beyond traditional gym exercises. By using suspension straps, your trainers will be able to guide clients through a full-body workout that improves movement patterns for everyday life, enhances athletic performance, and helps prevent injuries. Suspension training engages the entire body with bodyweight exercises that develop strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability.

It’s not just another fitness trend—it’s a proven training method that delivers real, functional results. By incorporating suspension movements, clients can build strength through push, pull, rotational, and dynamic movement patterns, all while engaging both upper and lower body equally. With an emphasis on mobility, agility, power, and cardio, suspension training offers a unique, high-calorie burn workout that’s as effective as it is fun!
