This course provides the knowledge and skills required to train clients in a functionally specific method. Participants will learn functional exercises that are appropriately designed for all types of athletes and sports enthusiasts.
The course focuses on particular movement patterns to help clients achieve better performance, health and long-term function. After successful completion, participants will earn the professional title of "Functional Training Specialist" on their PFS certificate.
Each student will receive course materials in printed form.

Due to the high popularity of Group Circuit and one to one Circuit training. While Circuit Training is a form of body conditioning that effectively integrates resistance training and high-intensity aerobics, ideal for individuals who wish to incorporate the meanest training forms to build clients' speed, endurance, and power.
You will gain the skills and knowledge of leading a successful Circuit Class and through Outdoor Trainer you will learn the highly effective way to build cardiovascular endurance alongside accuracy and functional, total body strength.

To receive certification there will be a Multiple Choice Question exam.
There will be 12 questions, the students must answer a minimum of 9 correctly to score 75% or higher in order to pass the exam.
Upon the completion of the course and successful passing of the exam; you will receive certificate.
