This course is open to anyone who wants to enhance their teaching skills and broaden their knowledge in fitness training while striving for excellence in their career.
Clubs can nominate up to 10 participants per session to attend the course and elevate their qualifications.

Course Details
Course Hours: 6.5 hours (one-day session)
Attendance Requirement: 100% attendance is mandatory to complete the certification.

10:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Introduction and Warm-Up

Certification Conditions
Every participant who actively engages in the practical components of the course will receive a Certificate of Completion with 4 CPD Points.
Certificates will not be awarded in cases where participants:
Fail to attend the full course,
Violate safety guidelines or exhibit inappropriate behavior during the course.
Any issues related to misconduct will be reported to the club manager.
