A full-day live session with an instructor covering postural assessment, movement analysis, exercise techniques, and gym safety. Ask questions and get real-time feedback.
Hands-on training in a real gym setting:
Practice using gym machines, free weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, TRX, and more.
Learn how to structure a full-body workout and execute exercises with proper technique.
Work in small groups (max 10 participants) to ensure quality instruction without disturbing gym members.

A 20-minute practical session
You will be required to demonstrate 8 exercises, showcasing:

Knowledge of movement patterns and muscle engagement
Safe and effective instruction skills
This assessment may be conducted live or submitted as a recorded video, depending on the course format and instructor guidelines.
Participants who successfully complete the course will be awarded the Gym & Fitness Instructor Certificate (EQF Level 3), issued by ProFi Fitness School.
This certification is aligned with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) Level 3, which ensures your education meets recognized industry standards across Europe.

✅ Participate in and pass the 3-day practical training in the gym environment
✅ Demonstrate safe and correct exercise execution, equipment handling, and basic instructional skills
An EQF Level 3 qualification certifies that you have the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to work in the fitness industry under supervision or to support others in a gym setting. It also provides a clear progression route to EQF Level 4 – Global Personal Trainer certification.
