This is not a beginner's course.
The PFS Advanced Active Ageing & Recovery Specialist Certification has been designed exclusively for experienced fitness professionals, personal trainers, instructors, physiotherapists, and wellness practitioners who already possess a strong foundation in exercise programming, coaching, and client management.
The concept for this programme was first developed over six years ago. Since then, we have been refining the methodology, building the practical framework, testing recovery protocols, and creating the resources required to deliver a truly industry-leading education experience.
Today, we are finally ready to launch what we believe is one of the most comprehensive active ageing and recovery specialist programmes available.
Because this is an advanced-level certification, all applicants must complete a screening process before enrolment.
Before securing your place, you will be invited to:
Attend an introductory interview with a Profi Fitness school manager.
Submit your professional CV and qualifications.
Demonstrate previous experience working within the fitness, health, rehabilitation, or wellness industry.
We maintain these standards because we cannot allow inexperienced participants to slow down the learning experience for advanced professionals. Every participant is expected to arrive with a solid understanding of exercise fundamentals and client coaching principles.
This programme is delivered only twice a year.
To ensure the highest level of coaching, mentoring, and practical experience, each intake is strictly limited to a maximum of 6 participants.
The programme requires complete commitment for 11 intensive days.
Training runs daily from
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Participants should expect practical assessments, hands-on coaching, peer learning, client interaction, and real-world recovery applications throughout the course.
We may offer successful graduates the opportunity to start working at one of our Today Recovery Center facilities immediately after they complete the programme.
Outstanding candidates may find employment opportunities available the very next day after certification.
