10:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Registration & Welcome

  • Sign-in & Introduction: Course materials distribution and an overview of the day.

11:00 AM – 11:45 AM: Kettlebell Training Fundamentals

  • Why Kettlebells?: Discuss the advantages of kettlebell training (strength, mobility, endurance).
  • Equipment Setup & Safety: Review of kettlebell types, sizes, and safety protocols to ensure safe lifting.
  • The Kettlebell Swing: Breakdown of the foundational kettlebell swing—hip hinge mechanics, posture, and safety.
  • Teaching Key Principles: Focus on form, alignment, and body mechanics for efficient and effective movements.

11:45 AM – 12:30 PM: Mastering Basic Lifts

  • Kettlebell Swing Variations: Practice and progress into different variations (two-handed, one-handed).
  • Turkish Get-Up: Introduction to the Half Turkish Get-Up (HTGU), followed by a full Turkish Get-Up (FTGU).
    • Importance for full-body stability, shoulder mobility, and core activation.
    • Proper progression from Half Turkish Get-Up to Full Turkish Get-Up.
    • Breakdown of each movement step and how to teach clients to execute safely.

12:30 PM – 1:15 PM: Core Movements & Advanced Lifts

  • Networking & Q&A: Opportunity for participants to network and ask questions.
  • Rest & Recharge: A short break for participants to relax before continuing the course.

2:00 PM – 2:45 PM: Developing Functional Programming

  • Designing Effective Programs: How to create a balanced kettlebell workout (strength, mobility, endurance).
    • Structuring a full-body workout: Combining swings, presses, and functional movements.
    • Understanding workout duration and intensity to meet specific client goals (fat loss, muscle gain, etc.).
    • Key program principles: Progressive overload, recovery, and exercise modifications for different fitness levels.
  • Creating Sport-Specific Programs: Tailoring kettlebell training for athletes and specific sports.
    • Emphasis on explosive strength, endurance, and injury prevention.

2:45 PM – 3:30 PM: Advanced Techniques & Progressions

  • Advanced Kettlebell Movements: Delve into more complex movements such as kettlebell snatch or double kettlebell exercises (e.g., double cleans, double presses).

  • Proper Warm-Up & Cool-Down: Design a functional warm-up and cool-down for kettlebell training, focusing on mobility and muscle activation.

  • Safety Protocols: Setting up the training space, equipment maintenance, and ensuring safety during class.

5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Final Assessment & Certification

    • Trainers will receive individual feedback on their teaching techniques and movement execution.
  • Course Recap & Q&A: Final review of the day's content and an opportunity for any remaining questions.

Certification Conditions

  • Every participant who actively engages in the practical components of the course will receive a Certificate of Completion with 4 CPD Points.
  • Certificates will not be awarded in cases where participants:
    • Fail to attend the full course,
    • Violate safety guidelines or exhibit inappropriate behavior during the course.
  • Any issues related to misconduct will be reported to the club manager.

  • Every participant will receive a certificate with 4 CPD points in Continuing Professional Development.

  • Payment Deadline: Payment for the course must be made at least one week before the scheduled date. This allows us to:
