Specialist in Health Training and Recovery is an advanced educational program designed for trainers and instructors who wish to reach the highest level of professional development in the fitness industry— without the need for a physiotherapy degree.
It is a course for professionals with at least four years of industry experience who want to expand their knowledge in health, recovery, movement therapy, and holistic health management.

Programme Objective

The goal of this course is to prepare participants to work at the intersection of training, prevention, and recovery, with a full understanding of how physical activity, nutrition, breathing, and rest influence health, performance, and longevity.

This comprehensive program combines practical coaching experience and theoretical knowledge in the fields of:

  • functional anatomy and biomechanics,
  • recovery and biological renewal methods,
  • active movement rehabilitation,
  • functional nutrition and supplementation,
  • stress management, sleep, and mental health,
  • management of healing and return-to-performance processes.

The program also includes the use of modern methods that support recovery and balance restoration, such as:

  • aromatherapy and music therapy,
  • compression therapy (boots pressure),
  • electrical muscle stimulation (EMS),
  • cryotherapy,
  • red light therapy,
  • postural correction,

Entry Requirements

Candidates eligible for this course must:

  • have at least 4 years of professional experience in the fitness or health & wellness industry,
  • hold a qualification at EQF Level 4 (Personal Trainer) or equivalent,
  • successfully complete the competency verification and interview process.
