The Missing Link Between Exercise and Results

This course is now delivered LIVE face-to-face or LIVE online with your tutor from the comfort of your own home.

In today's fitness industry, clients are no longer looking for someone who can simply count repetitions. They want a fitness professional who understands how the body moves, why pain occurs, and how to create safe, effective programmes that deliver lasting results.

The PFS 3 Postural Assessment in 1® course is designed to give Fitness Instructors, Personal Trainers and Health Professionals the practical skills needed to assess posture, identify movement dysfunctions and implement corrective strategies that improve both performance and quality of life.

Poor posture, chronic back pain, neck tension, headaches, reduced mobility, breathing dysfunction and movement limitations are becoming increasingly common due to sedentary lifestyles and modern working environments. This course provides the tools to identify these issues before they become injuries.
