This module consists of two parts Mindset Motivation and Stress Management.

Part 1 - Stress

Stress is a contributing factor in many health conditions, physical and mental. This course gives an invaluable insight into the types of and cause of stress. While also giving instructors a ‘tool-box’ to help many clients in helping to manage or utilize the stress responses.

Part 2 – Mindset

When it comes to sports mindset training, people often do not understand what it is or how to do it. People often see quotes regarding mental toughness or a strong mind- strong body. But how to apply them?

How to motivate your clients? How to keep them stay on the right track to succeed?

Mindset Training for sports is just like anything else; you need a system to follow and must be consistent. This course will focus on principles of psychological skills training (PST) , the practice of PST, concentration, and attention, coping with pressure, goal setting and intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.

 The course will focus on teaching how to set the proper mindset and also how to apply this into business and optimization of your sales as a PT.

This course is open for everyone who wants to improve their teaching skills and general knowledge in the field, walking the path of development and reach excellence.

There are no previous qualifications required however a reasonable level of fitness and exposure to the industry are recommended.

Before taking the exam, it is crucial to ensure that you have completed all the necessary preparations. This includes reviewing all the recordings and assessment tests that are available to you. By viewing and taking these resources seriously, you can gain a better understanding of the material and identify any areas where you may need additional study or practice.

Reviewing recordings of lectures or presentations can be particularly helpful in reinforcing key concepts and information. It allows you to revisit important points at your own pace, ensuring that you fully grasp the content before moving on to the exam.

Additional self-study hours: 2 - 3 hours* the time burden can vary depending on individual ability and dedication.

To receive certification there will be a Multiple Choice Question exam.

There will be 12 questions, the students must answer a minimum of 9 correctly to score 75% or higher in order to pass the exam.

Upon the completion of the course and successful passing of the exam; you will receive certificate.

Payment rules 

  • We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis with no exceptions.
  • To secure your place on the course the payment should be made upon registration.
  • We allow 5 calendar days to receive payment before your place is given to another person that has paid.
  • After 5 calendar days have passed, and we haven't received any payment, you will need to register again if places are still available.
  • There is no possibility to extend the 5 calendar day period. Registrations are not accepted if you have already registered and the initial 5 days have not elapsed.
  • If we have received a late Early Bird payment (i.e. you registered for Early Bird but we haven't received a payment within 5 calendar days) you will be switched to the Regular Price as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. No exceptions will be made.
  • If you have signed up at the Regular Price or Early Bird price and we haven't received the full amount from you before the start of the course, then you will be subject to Instalment payments.
