She finds inspiration in teaching/or training to every level, from professional athletes to complete beginners.
She has passionately pursued certifications in Functional Movement, Golf Fitness and ELDOA for golf, Yoga and Pilates, Massage Therapy, Special Populations, Fitness, and Nutrition ever since.
In addition to working with clients one on one, Kasia works with sports clubs (golf and rowing clubs), teaching corporate Yoga & Pilates classes, working with people with Parkinson's disease, Co-Founder in Lets flyoga and tutoring for ProFi Fitness school.
