Are you a personal trainer and despite a well-prepared training plan and a balanced diet, you do not achieve satisfactory results in your charges?
You do not know where you are making a mistake and what you could change to get the desired results and thus have satisfaction with your work.
Or maybe you are a training person who already has experience in training and knowledge about diet and proper nutrition, but you still cannot effectively use it in practice?
We have prepared training for fitness instructors and experienced people training at the gym, who want to achieve much better results and improve the results of work on their figure or their charges.
The course consists of 6 modules. It is relatively short, which is why it is also very intense and requires high commitment from the participant. In each module, there is “homework" to do.
Everyone who completes the course, thanks to working on their own body, will notice an improvement in their figure, which will make it easier to see possible problems in working on the effects of the mentee.
Each module lasts 1 or 1.5 hours. The course is conducted online.
In addition, consultations with the lecturer are provided.
What awaits you?
Module 1 – Prepare for Launch
You will learn how to look at yourself as a coach and see your strengths and weaknesses establish for yourself.
Training plan, diet plan, small and large goals plan, as well as how to apply all motivational tools that you will later use for your mentees. To achieve success with your client, you need to know what he will go through and what he will have Doubt. If you understand how the mechanism of small steps works, you will achieve every goal and your charges will trust you because you have done it yourself and you know how to do it.
Module 2 – How to prepare diet plans, what to pay attention to, and how not to make basic mistakes.
The diet should always be adapted not only to a particular person, but also to his or her physical activity, abilities, and predispositions. You will learn how to establish such a plan so that it is compatible with the training plan and complemented it. Thanks to this, it is faster and easier to achieve the goal and also to see small effects on the way to a big, most important result.
Module 3 – How to prepare a training plan and how to modify it.
You will see what you can do so that already at the stage of developing a training plan, you do not commit mistakes that will delay or completely close the way for your ward to achieve the goal.
You will also learn what you can do if you do not see the intended effects, and what changes in the plan enter to change it.
Module 4 – How to create an implementation plan
You will learn to arrange an implementation plan for a diet and training plan. You will know - What you should do to make the intended assumptions successful. You will see your demotivator and you will learn techniques on how you can fight it and prevent abandoning your goal.
Module 5 – Supplementation, regeneration, and relaxation
You will get an answer to the question of whether a training break is needed and what it really serves regeneration. You will learn the right supplements that allow you to implement the plan 100%.
You will take a closer look at your diet plan, whether it covers the need for macro- and
micronutrients, as well as whether it adequately complements the mineral and vitamin balance.
Module 6 – Summary of our work
This is the time for conclusions and analysis of the mistakes that have been made, as well as to assess how many percent have been made executed your plan. You will find out if you or your client has a chance to achieve the goal they were aiming for a few modules ago. You will see how you can continue to work with successful clients,
how to keep them so that they are with you for the next long months.
Self-study hours: 8 - 10 hours* the time burden can vary depending on individual ability and dedication. The course dates have been segregated approx. 1-month apart to allow a sufficient amount of time for self-study.
Examination hours: Not applicable
No examination is required.
Certification is awarded for commitment and dedication to all household tasks, such as also achieving the silhouette goal from the beginning of the course.
