Hi My Name is Relu Giani Gauca, originally from Romania but living in Ireland since the summer of 2000.
I have been heavily involved in sports since a very early age and I always pushed myself to compete against the best. My attitude has always been Win or Die.
I started Fitness & Bodybuilding at the age of 15, in 1994, which is over 26 years ago and I am still going strong at it. The promise I made to myself when I entered the gym was to train until i die.
I love weight training , bodybuilding and health. It is a great lifestyle that brings many satisfactions.
I won multiple National Irish titles in Ireland under NABBA and RIBBF and also Overall Mr Northern Ireland in 2010.
Coming 5th at the European championships IFBB in 2013 and 7th at the World Championship NABBA 2007 are the highlights of my career.
I was also invited to take part in Mr Universe Nabba after I qualified by Winning Class 2 in 2004 at the age of 24, in The first ever Nabba Ireland. I placed 10th at that event.
My life revolves around spending time with my family, training, personal training and coaching.
As an ex gym owner of 10 years I have the mindset to see the potential in people and even to help those who are less gifted genetically to become the best version of themselves.
I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Manual Handler Trainer, Life Coach accredited by 2 different organisations, qualified Train The Trainer, trained in NLP and CBT.
I am a Mindset Coach, Transformation Coach, Resilience Coach, Confidence Coach, Wellness and Wellbeing.
I love motivating, inspiring and getting the best out of people.
