Lee's journey within the fitness industry began almost 10 years ago when he graduated from the University of Limerick. Ever since, he has been focusing on helping people achieve their goals, expanding his knowledge, and gaining valuable experience.
Although personal training has been a massively rewarding part of his life and career, being a swimming instructor is certainly something he is truly passionate about.
Lee has always loved taking part in any water sports or activities, and he could easily say that swimming in the sea is something he would love to do each day!
He has been an Aquaerobics Instructor for almost a decade, and now, being able to share his knowledge and techniques with future aqua instructors is extremely rewarding and something he is hugely invested in!
