myover40^® Master Trainer

The myover40 MASTER TRAINER course is dedicated to all those who have completed the myover40 Instructor course and feel that their passion is to train instructors in our program.

If you are considering the myover40 Master Trainer course, a solid and long-term personal practice is the basis you will need. If you have many years of training as an instructor and you may have additional qualifications in one of the following areas: Pilates, Yoga, Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer; you have had experience with fascia training, completed “healthy spine” courses, foam rolling, training with resistance bands; or maybe completed massage courses, acupressure, acupuncture. Higher education in the field of physiotherapy, osteopathy in general.

What is a “Master Trainer” for myover40?

This is the person who trains myover40 instructors according to the company's mission and vision guidelines. Master Trainer qualifications can only be obtained by completing the training course.

The conditions for attending the MASTER TRAINER course are:
-The completion of myover40 instructor qualifications

-Knowledge of 12 pieces of training included in the basic program

-Interest and passion for training.

-Theoretical knowledge acquired from myover40 training materials (main script + 12 auxiliary scripts)

What are the course outcomes?

• Creation of the training plan, liquidity between theory and practice.

Exam:

1. Theoretical part:
   Preparation of educational material (article/text/interview on one of the topics selected during the training

1. Practical Part - 1 You will conduct part of a training course alongside our headmaster trainer and  prepare training announcements in the form of a video

Master Trainer license - you can extend it every year, free of charge, by conducting trainings and courses.

Work as myover40 Master Trainer- thanks to the myover40 system you do not pay any license fees, the myover40 company has provided 3 variants of cooperation for the Master Trainer (all variants are discussed in detail during the course).

Option 1 - a completely separate activity for training and distribution of equipment in the area agreed with myover40 (people who own or work for another training company)

Option 2 - cooperation in the organization of training conducted by a master trainer, percentage division between the master trainer and myover40 company (offer for people who have a place to run a school)

Option 3 - (S)He is a trainer and receives remuneration from myover40 for the training.
