The first stage to becoming a fitness professional is to understand how the human body works. In order to teach your future clients any type of fitness activities, you must first be able to determine what causes injuries, why fat is burned and how to maximise muscle growth through specific moves.
The key element to providing fitness advice on exercising must be orientated around the combination of bones, ligaments, tendons, joints and muscles. Without the knowledge of the following principles you could never achieve clarity on the reason for advising your clients to perform specific movements and why should they use a particular technique over another.
This module is included in both our PFS GYM INSTRUCTOR and PFS FITNESS GROUP INSTRUCTOR courses. Completion of the PFS ANATOMY BASIC module on its own, enables you to have an open world to a good few of our short courses.
So if you know exactly what you want to do as a Fitness Professional but don't have any previous qualification, after the completion of this module you can get certified only in what you need.
Each participant will receive teaching materials.
