This summer, ProFi Fitness School invites you to join one of only 4 Pop Up Mobility and Flexibility workshops happening this year in Ireland!


Running in 4 locations across Ireland from the 25th to the 29th of July.

Learn to use mini resistance bands, foam rollers, and trigger point balls for auto massage,  to improve mobility and flexibility.

This is a type of training which has become extremely popular in Europe and all over the world. 

Workshops present the opportunity to meet and study in person, with the two best Master Trainers within this program:

Sara Hearne - is our physical therapist, co-creator of the myover40 program,  personal trainer and fitness instructor.

Edyta Wolak – is an international trainer, naturopath, and creator of the myover40 International program, also a personal trainer and instructor of group classes.

We cordially invite you to join us at our practical workshops, where you will learn: 

- How to improve Mobility and flexibility with targeted movements using resistance bands

· A practical approach to auto-message and acupressure of the foot;  the foundation of movement and posture!

· Treatment of Trigger points, which will relieve pain by compression to relax the neuromuscular system.

During these workshops, you will learn new innovative methods to relax and activate muscles before various exercises.


This will allow you to move easily and more effectively with correct muscle movement patterns.

The 5-hour workshop is intended for instructors and trainers, but can also be beneficial to people who regularly visit fitness clubs and want to expand their range of exercises with new elements:

Exercises included are beneficial for deep muscles. They stimulate the muscles around the spine to prevent injury and pain.

Improving mobility of the muscles of the hip rotators and the shoulder girdle will make it easier to perform basic exercises (such as a squat, push-up,s or lunges)

This is an extremely invaluable workshop for fitness instructors who would like to provide new, progressive classes in gyms or health clubs from September.

These workshops have already been conducted in six European countries already and have been in huge demand!

After attending this workshop:

  • You will know how to use self-massage equipment, i.e. Balls, rollers, and duo balls
  • You will learn how to use resistance bands to activate and relax your hips, knees, and ankles
  • As well as how to improve the function and mobility of your spine.
  • You will learn exactly in what positions the resistance bands should be used.
  • How to exercise with bands in pairs during group activities
  • How to use resistance bands as a personal trainer - they can be used for stretching, for strengthening, and improving mobility, as well as for improving body position for exercises.
  • Resistance bands are an extremely valuable rehabilitation tool.
  • The workshop will be useful to anyone who struggles with the pain while moving, 
  • Personal trainers, or yoga/Pilates instructors. 
  • For swimming instructors to improve the mobility of the shoulder girdle and to improve the technique of movement in swimming
  • For all CrossFit trainers as well as martial artists, as well as a fantastic tool for working with the elderly or those with disability.

    We guarantee that after these workshops you will be better prepared to work with all groups of people.

    Each workshop participant will receive a PFS diploma confirming participation for CPD.

    At the end of the workshops, attendants can also buy equipment used during the workshops for a discounted price.

Pop Up Workshop - MFTSS® Mobility, Flexibility, Trigger Point, Stability, Strength will take 5 hours.

Each workshop participant will receive a diploma confirming participation for CPD.
