About the Event

ProFi Fitness School will celebrate its 10th Birthday! To mark this special occasion, we have prepared an amazing event at the start of 2019! 

ProFi Fitness School is planning a tour around 4 biggest cities! We are coming to Dublin, Cork ,Galway and Limerick to present you with the latest trends in Fitness and Personal Training.

This event will be a celebration of fitness and a way to thank our students and supporters for their trust. We love to see that many of you develop their careers further becoming famous instructors, personal trainers and teachers around the world.

On the 5th,6th, 12th and 13th of January we will share our  practical and theory knowledge and you will have a chance to find out more about the latest training and nutrition trends during classes and lectures.

Our experienced teachers will show you their training programs through master classes and lectures. They are passionate instructors who participate in European and world Fitness Conventions every year to stay up to date with the new trends and then share their knowledge with our students in all 4 locations.

Our event is for everyone! It’s for active fitness club members who would like to gain more knowledge to improve their health and body, for Personal Trainers who would like to enhance their existing knowledge and skills and ask questions regarding their daily interactions with clients.

We would also like to invite all club managers to participate in these events as we believe that it’s important for every fitness club to employ passionate and also knowledgeable instructors and that the managers will be aware of new trends, popular classes and training programs which are popular and successful in other countries.

Everyone will find something for themselves.

Our first city is Dublin on the 5th of January with a lot of classes and lectures like Zumba, Stretching ,Step and lectures on Nutrition and Supplementation. On the 6th of January we will be in Galway where you will be able to find classes like Boxercise, Olympic Weightlifting and Aqua Aerobics.

After this intense and action packed weekend we will have a 5 day break to meet on the 12th of January in Limerick You can’t miss that day ! There will be plenty of lectures as well as Functional Step and Aerodance Masterclasses. Last day of our tour is January 13th and we are coming to Cork for another day of fitness fun including Regaetton , Kettlebells workshop , Indoor cycling and many other lectures!

FIT Drum and Bass Workout

FIT Drum and Bass Workout is a great combination of all you expect from total body conditioning routine. Drum and Bass Workout is complete body workout which combines muscular strength, cardio, balance, flexibility and plyometrics exercises, focusing on improving muscular power, agility and mobility. Drum and bass workout meet explosive endurance exercises with calming down flexibility and balance exercises, where the sticks play vital role at enhancing the movement while drumming and hitting the sticks, but also assist in balance and spine correcting exercises.

Step Fresh

Step Fresh Step fresh is a super fun, highly choreographed step aerobics class created by Ireland’s step and aerobics specialist Keith Coleman. Keith creates all his choreographies using easy to follow logical progressions and he will have you dancing some super cool choreographies. This is a super fun class with routines choreographed to some of your favourite dance tracks to get you rocking. Step Fresh will challenge participant’s both physically and mentally. The benefits of this class are, improved aerobic function, balance, coordination, muscle endurance and assist in your weight loss goals with the possibility of burning up to 500cals. Functional Step Feel

Functional Step Feel empowered with functional workout to the music using Step platform. Bend, squat, lunge, push, balance, twist - all these moves combined and balanced into a nice flow routine. This is a great cardio class which will work your body from head to toe. Moves progress from easy to hard so you can modify this Step routine to your own level. This hard core class will burn you up with no time.

Aero Fun

Aero Fun This is a class using symmetric and asymmetric aerobic blocks. The routine will bring you to all directions with simple aerobic moves mixed with some funky dance flavour in it. Feel the groove and make fitness fun.

The argument of how men and women should train to get the best results rages on. Some say they should train the same as each other for the same goals, while others say you should use a more unique approach for each gender. In our masterclass seminar, sport scientist Richie Hedderman explains how women and men should train according to their unique physiology to get the best results for them in health, fitness, and physique.

In this talk, Steve will cover 5 of the strategies he uses to empower his clients to live healthier, active and more rewarding lives. Whether it's to drop weight, transform their nutrition, get out of a long-term rut, manage stress, or build a healthier relationship with exercise, these strategies will help you deliver the best possible service and results to your clients, while also making you stand out in highly competitive industry.

Indoor Cycling 

Indoor Cycle class is a high energy 45 minute indoor cycling class led by Lukasz is accompanied by the his unique playlist of powerful and energising music. This class is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. So be prepared to pedal your wheels fast and feel satisfied!

Exercise During Pregnancy

With the significant increase in the number of Personal Trainers in the industry it is highly important to upskill & improve your "niche" areas of training. Personal Trainers often see a drop off or loss in clients during pregnancy. We the Fitness Professionals know the importance of remaining active during pregnancy but many of us may not feel we have the education in this area to continue training the pregnant client. This lecture aims to prevent both clients drop offs during pregnancy and increase your revenue as a trainer as you can fill this niche area. Our main goal is to give you the confidence & the knowledge to train both the pregnant client and those who are post pregnancy. 

Key Nutrition and Wellbeing Principles

Rosie will deliver a lecture on nutrition and she will focus on the benefits of healthy eating and on how to optimise your energy, concentration mood and productivity with good Nutrition. She will discuss how to set a goal and give tips on habit changes and talk about Protein and Fats, Carbohydrates, Types of Sugar, Fibre and The Glycaemic Index and Load. You will also learn about workout nutrition , importance of sleep and hydration and meal planning.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

This class will be a strong Vinyasa Flow class. An upbeat flowing class that will challenge and invigorate you before a nice relaxing wind down to end. Class will be suitable for all levels as variations for poses will be provided.

PFS TRI ZONE – introduction

Improving the cardio-vascular system is paramount to any fitness professional or any athlete serious about endurance training. The TRI ZONE workshop is a preamble to the course of master teacher Natalia Pocelujko. This course focuses on heart rate (HR) zones and energy systems linked to these zones, which are necessary to efficiently design training programs aimed at triathlons or adventure races. The workshop will start by a 30 minute lecture about energy systems and the purpose of Aerobic and Anaerobic training. It will also explain how to apply that knowledge into a program design. The introductory lecture will be followed by a master class of spinning aimed at training on HR zones including work with HR monitors that have become the gold standard in any endurance training. The workshop will finish with a summary of the class and an explanation of simple program design. The TRI ZONE workshop is suitable for all fitness levels or anyone passionate about endurance training.




Erle Liivak

Estonian born Erle Liivak has been an internationally recognised Fitness Presenter, an Educator and a Lecturer more then 10 years in Europe, South America as well as Asia. Erle competed for a place of a best Newcomer on two most prestigious fitness events in Europe - Euroconvention Barcelona in 2008 and Euroconvention St Tropez in 2009, where she also finally made her dreams come true by reaching the first place of a Step Presenter. On the event Erle will present classes closest to her heart - Step, Reggaeton and Pilates.


Joana Malauskiene

Joana works as Fitness professional over 12 years. Originally being from Lithuania for the last 9 years she successfully continues her fitness career in Ireland. She holds Bachelor degree in Educology and is all-round educated Fitness instructor and Personal Trainer with gymnastics and dance background. She specialises and her biggest passion is Step, Aerobics, Functional Training, Functional Step and Pilates. In her classes and choreography you can always find a nice flow of movements. What really makes it special is her charisma, passion and infectious energy. Joana works as a fitness presenter in Ireland and is presenting internationally in other Europe countries like Italy, Spain, Poland.


Edyta Bartejczuk Wolak

Her biggest passion is fitness. She is a fitness instructor and I specialise in various aerobics forms (stretching, aerobics, TBC). She is also a master trainer of RIP 60 course. I also have great interest in various gymnastics forms, especially those which focus on the use of the body. Creator of new program Myover40. She is a great advocate for a healthy living and I always try to look for new fitness activities to further incorporate them in the school's programs. Aside from training and teaching future fitness instructors and personal trainers at ProFi Fitness, she regularly participates in different types of courses, both fitness and business. She likes gaining new skills and broadening my knowledge of the industry.


Keith Coleman

Keith Coleman. Ireland’s Step, Dance and Aerobics specialist. Keith was born and raised in Dublin Ireland and has been working there as a fitness trainer since 2005. Keith has a great passion for teaching dance fitness specializing in Step Dance, Aerobics and Aero dance. He started his journey in fitness in 2003 when he joined a gym for the first time. He started working out just for fun and to improve his overall fitness. Keith soon realised that a career in fitness was what he wanted. He then trained, studied and worked hard to achieve his goals. Over the years he has developed a great passion for teaching group fitness. During this time Keith developed the hunger to learn more about teaching group fitness. He made the decision to travel around Europe attending fitness expos/workshops with some of the world’s best and most recognised fitness presenters/lecturers. Keith now runs his own workshops and Fitness Parties in Ireland and has been extremely successful introducing so many people to his world of dance fitness. Keith really enjoys getting to meet so many people who share the same passion for group fitness. He now presents at fitness expos/events around Europe and he absolutely loves sharing his dance fitness experience with everyone he meets. Iwona Nowak-Lakoma

Iwona is working in fitness industry since 2009. She is qualified Personal Trainer and fitness class instructor with wide range of classes to teach. Her big passion for step aerobics started at the very start of her fitness journey. She has been learning her skills from the best in the fitness industry. She travelled to Italy, Poland to attend fitness conventions and workshops. She also took part in many courses and workshops organized in Ireland. She has been teaching Step Aerobic course for Profi Fitness School for many years. Since 2018 She owned  I-Bodywork company. Iwona is also qualified Massage Therapist. She believes in strong mind and body connection and functional approach to training. 


Justyna Mikolajczyk 

Dance has been a huge part of Justyna Mikolajczyk’s life. She is a qualified Fitness Instructor, Certified Zumba® instructor(2010), ZIN member,STRONG by Zumba Instructor (2016),  fit mum and happy wife. As part of a dance group, she has performed extensively throughout London, Poland, Portugal and Ireland. Justyna is also a presenter at the International Fitness Convention in Dublin each year. She is representing Zumba Program for last 2 years at the biggest festiwal in Ireland , Electric Picnic.


Emma Bowden

Emma Bowden is a highly qualified Exercise Professional with a Degree in Exercise & Health Studies, Advanced training with EHFA and numerous other diplomas and certifications in lecturing, fitness classes, nutrition, exercise medicine and bodybuilding. 12 years of experience within the industry shows her passion for all things health and fitness. Emma loves how this industry is always changing, there's always something to learn it never gets boring. Emma has taken part in many sports at a competitive level, adventures races just for fun and is a bikini athlete. She is the owner of Efitness a private Personal training Studio in which she loves having the opportunity to help people achieve their goals and seeing people transform not just physically but mentally. Exercise is of great value for building confidence, mental health and emotional wellbeing in Emma's opinion.


Stephen McGrath

Steve is the owner and head coach at Steve McGrath Health & Performance, a personal training facility based in Carrigtwohill Co. Cork. Steve works with 2 main groups of clients: Athletes looking to improve their sports performance and while reducing the risk of injury, and everyday people looking to improve their quality of life. His coaching mission is to support his clients to live healthy, active and rewarding lives and he does this by supporting them to develop a healthy relationship with exercise, as well as sustainable eating habits. Steve has over 17 years of coaching experience, holds a degree in Strength and Conditioning for Sports, has completed numerous certifications including Precision Nutrition and the RKC Kettlebell Levels 1 & 2 Certs and is a qualified massage therapist.


Nicoleta Chiorean

Is a proud mother of 3 girls, with a big passion for health and fitness. She is involved in this industry for over 10 years by managing a gym, running a nutrition studio, writing health columns for the local newspaper, personal training individuals from different backgrounds and offer them dietary advice.  As a former national and world champion in fitness,  Nicoleta continued to be heavily involved in the fitness and bodybuilding world by judging competition and coaching athletes that represent Ireland at international events. Prior to teach for "Profi Fitness School", Nicoleta attended numerous courses related to fitness and nutrition within our college and other Irish institutions. At the moment she is studying naturopathic medicine to gather even more knowledge about nutrition and health in general. Recently she started a new journey by introducing "nirvana fitness" in ireland. Nirvana fitness is a light toning workout that combines yoga and Pilates with tetha waves, binaural beats and specialised  breathing which is very successful among people with burn out syndrome and life threatening illnesses like cancer.  This course will be part of ProFi Fitness  School curriculum soon.  Nicoleta will continue to help as many individuals as possible to reach their nutrition, fitness and  health goals, with a great satisfaction.


Marcin Konkel

Marcin Konkel is a dietician and a CEO of No Pain No Gain Nutrition LTD and has  been coaching athletes and clients for years now. His focus on the whole fitness package; nutrition is a key focus for him  and the results speak for themselves. He doesn’t care about the latest fads and trends. He tried and tested methods founded on the latest industry thinking, and my clients always remain at the heart of every program. The key to achieving your goals are to recognise your mistakes and to fix them. Always trying  clients to achieve these goals with healthy and balanced programs. Whether you’re inexperienced with exercise, in a more advanced stage of training, or just coming back from an injury.He always tailor plans to suit the beginner to the expert. Using the  experience, qualifications and knowledge which has been by many years in industry established thru working like personal trainer, Dietitian, Strength condition coach, and prep coach.


Mariusz Pietrzak

Mariusz started his adventure with bodybuilding at the age of 20 in 2102 and finished his studies at the Academy of Physical Education in Poznan, Faculty of Physical Culture in Gorzow Wielkopolski, field of study: Physical Education, speciality: Physical Education with Nature, then in 2013 he finished Provincial Methodological Center in Gorzow Wielkopolski, Qualification course in the field of Oligophrenopedagogy and in 2104 Academy of Physical Education in Poznan, Faculty of Physical Culture in Gorzow Wielkopolski, field of study: The available groups in Physical Education. Mariusz is a qualified personal trainer, online trainer, and bodybuilding competitor. His specialty is mental support in sport and work with silhouettes of sports players.


Maciej Zwierko

Maciej Zwierko BSc Sports Science, NCEF, PT. He has over10 years of industry experience across a range of hands-on PT/class/fitness training, gym management and development roles He is Profi Fitness tutor/presenter who delivers courses that has qualified or up-skilled a large number of new and existing fitness professionals across the country.


Caoimhe Morris

Caoimhe is a professional Strength and Conditioning coach (S&C) with a Master’s degree in Sports Performance. Caoimhe is an avid sports fan who has played everything from soccer to badminton and has worked with athletes as a S&C coach in a wide range of sports, including athletics, rugby and Olympic Weightlifting. Caoimhe currently delivers our course in Olympic Weightlifting and advanced lifts, and has experience working as an S&C with professional athletes and teams such as Leinster Rugby and Athletics Ireland. Caoimhe’s speciality surrounds the how and why of movement and athletic development, otherwise known as biomechanics. Having also worked as a sports therapist, Caoimhe combines her knowledge of anatomy and physiology with her knowledge of strength and conditioning to provide a unique insight into how to help your clients get the most out of training.


Noel Bowen

Noel is a personal trainer/fitness instructor for the last 6 years opening his own fitness studio in 2017  and is also a teacher for profi fitness for the last 2 years.  With many years of experience in the martial arts/fitness industry he is constantly learning and developing his skillset on a continual basis.  He has completed numerous college courses as well as constantly adding to his knowledge base with additional courses like advanced sports development, Advanced boxercise, trx, Olympic lifting,  strength & conditioning, sports nutrition but to name a few. He has a passion for fitness and loves to help people push pass their limits whether its fitness or nutrition working with general public right up to professional Athletes on a daily basis.


Kasia Tasarz

From an early age, she has been passionate about sport and fitness. For her it isn’t just a hobby, it’s a way of life. She started running at age of 6 she became a cross country runner at the national level during primary school. In high school she became passionate about Martial Arts and studied Karate Shotokan, Taekwondo and Aikido. She went to practice to Korea to be taught by the best Korean Tigers and won many competitions. She chooses to help people and she believes she makes an impact on many lives! She owned her own gym and currently owns the studio where she teaches many different classes from Fitness Yoga, Jumping Fitness, BAX, Pilates, Pound, Strong By Zumba etc.  to Functional Kettlebell! Few times a year she attends fitness conventions in Italy to pick up new courses and trends in Fitness.She loves Fitness and heavy weights lifting. Her enthusiasm and energy for fitness fuelled   her to never stop to keep educating herself  to become a confident Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor,  Fitness Tutor and Business Owner.


Rick Hedderman

Richie started Hurricane Fitness in 2011. Starting out as a Boxer at the age of 11 and winning County, Provincial, National and International medals in Boxing, he began running fitness classes and personal training. Since then he has gone on to work alongside Olympic, World and European Champions and has trained many clients, both at home and abroad, with a wide range of goals and needs.


Lukasz Chmurzynski

Profi Fitness Indoor Cycling Master Trainer, Lukasz was born in Poland where he began his adventure with sport and gained his Sport Science Degree.  From early years he was involved in martial arts but his biggest love was always the bike. While in College Lukas got involved in Indoor cycling and kept pursuing this career after he moved to Ireland.  Lukas attended multiple Indoor Cycling courses and events with the best trainers and instructors in Europe and became one of the highest qualified instructors in Ireland. Now he shares his experience with likeminded people and uses his skills during his own training for his biggest passion – Ironman races.


Damien Genefaas

Damien is born and raised in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He’s 34 years old and has been a member of the XCORE® team since the very beginning of the program, 15 years ago. Later on he developed himself as the main choreographer of XCORE®. His love for movement has opened doors around the world for him. A dancer since 13, he has performed, choreographed and taught in 15 different countries spanning Europe, Asia, Australia and North America. XCORE® is listed in the top 3 most popular group classes in the Netherlands, due to Damien’s input by creating the most innovative choreographies each time again.


Carla Roberts

Meet Carla, a POUND Pro from Dublin Ireland. Carla has been ROCKING WORKOUTS since November 2016. Teaching both adults and children - people are her passion. Carla has MADE NOISE at events such as Wellfest, Layahealthcare's City Spectacular, Gym + Coffee's Summer Stretch and so much more. This is one session not to be missed and Carla can't wait to ROCK with you all.


Ciaran White

Ciaran’s passion for fitness came initially from playing soccer and athletics. He then represented his county (Middlesex) for soccer before playing semi professional football for Kingsbury town and Northwood FC. Ciaran is the Co Founder, Format Designer and Master Trainer for RT24. Ciaran has spent the last 3 years creating a class program that combines HIIT, Resistance and Functional Training which is unique to RT24. He is passionate about creating a style of training for real people. He wants to allow the coach to have the freedom to coach within the class and in turn produce greater results for the participants.


Danni Walters

Danni is a fully qualified and insured yoga teacher. After graduating from her Yoga Teacher training in India in 2015 she has taught almost full time ever since in a range of styles. She has since completed a number of additional trainings to develop and advance her knowledge and skills. She is totally passionate about Yoga and loves nothing more than to share that in a warm and welcoming way with all of her students.


Natalia Pocelujko

Natalia Pocelujko is a master class teacher in ProFi Fitness School as well as an elite endurance athlete. Natalia graduated from the University of Poland with a Master’s degree in Physical Education, specialising in Sport and Recreation Management, Health Education, Physiotherapy and Sports Nutrition. From an early age, Natalia has been passionate about sport and fitness. She started swimming at the age of 4 and went on to swim at national level. She then competed at international level representing Poland in kayak polo. Her enthusiasm and energy for fitness developed during college years and she became a confident Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Swimming Teacher. Being extremely committed to health and fitness, Natalia joined ProFi Fitness School in 2013, where she teaches a range of master classes. She has been spending the last few years cycling/running many of the highest mountain peaks in Ireland, preparing for and participating in triathlons and ultra-adventure races, as well as. Natalia believes that hard work and good fun is the only way to success. As she points it out: “everything is in the head, the body will do what the heart and soul tell it to”. As a teacher and active manager in a leisure centre, she has the opportunity to share her joy, energy, and passion for exercise with the fitness instructors of the future.


Rosie McAuliffe

Rosie is a qualified Holistic Nutritionist with a Higher Diploma in Holistic Dietetics and Nutrition from the IAHM. She always been extremely interested in the workings of the human body and how through good nourishment you can prevent and heal lots of conditions while laying the foundations for a long and healthy lifestyle. Her philosophy is literally 'You Are What You Eat' and she follows the advice of the great Hippocrate who said "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” She does not believe in restriction and she always advices people to eat high quality nutrient dense foods that nourish the body.
